- 10 shallots, minced
- 5 red chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar


Instructions



Here are the steps to make opor ayam Fatmah Bahalwan:
1. Heat some oil in a wok or pan and sauté the minced garlic, shallots, and sliced red chilies until fragrant.
2. Add the coriander powder and cumin powder and stir for a few seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken pieces and stir until they are coated with the spices.
4. Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, bay leaves, turmeric leaf, galangal, and ginger. Stir for a few minutes until fragrant.
